ADVANCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW PROCESSED PRODUCT PLANT

The new infrastructure will cover approximately 10,000 m² and will allow for an increase in production capacity to support the growth of Maní King and the development of higher value-added foods.

Prodeman is advancing in the construction of a new plant dedicated to the production of peanut-based foods, an investment that will support the growth of Maní King and expand the company's industrial capacity.

The new facility will be approximately 85 meters wide by 110 meters long, reaching a maximum height of 14 meters and covering around 10,000 m². The project arises from the sustained growth in demand and the need to expand a processed product plant that is currently operating at maximum capacity.

The new infrastructure will be prepared to support the growth of higher value-added lines, such as roasted and fried peanuts, candied peanuts, snacks, and peanut pastes. Additionally, it will optimize the distribution of processes and improve allergen management, minimizing risks of cross-contamination and meeting the quality and safety standards required by different markets.

"This project responds to a concrete need for growth. The challenge from Engineering was to design a plant that not only allows for the expansion of current capacity but is also prepared to meet the future needs of processed products and the company's new developments," highlighted Mariano Carrario, head of Engineering and Projects at Prodeman.

The construction is part of Prodeman's strategy to continue adding value to its production and strengthen the development of finished foods. An investment that expands the company's industrial capabilities and creates new opportunities to continue driving the growth of Maní King in Argentina and other markets.
